1. Scope of Agreement

This Electronic Access Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of TONHANKS Global Banking digital services, including online account management, electronic statements, and digital fund transfers. By enrolling in digital access, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Security and Authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your secure credentials, including your unique identifier (UID) and password. We recommend the following security protocols:

• Never share your credentials with third parties or institutional representatives.
• Utilize a complex password containing a mixture of alphanumeric characters and symbols.
• Immediately notify TONHANKS Global Trust Group if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Consent to Electronic Records

By using our digital platform, you provide your affirmative consent to receive all notices, disclosures, and periodic statements electronically. This consent remains in effect until you terminate your online banking access or formally withdraw consent through our legal department.

4. Identity Verification & Biometrics

As part of our commitment to institutional security, you may be required to provide biometric identification, including profile portraits (selfies) and state-issued identification. You authorize TONHANKS to store and process this data for the sole purpose of secure account authentication and fraud prevention.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the federal laws of the United States and the specific banking regulations within your jurisdiction of residence. Any disputes arising from the use of electronic access will be subject to binding arbitration as outlined in our Master Service Agreement.
